Most custom orders are completed within 7 days. Bridal outfits or highly detailed pieces may take a little longer. We always confirm the timeline before you pay.
You can bring your own fabric or choose from our in-store collection. We stock cotton, silk, georgette, linen, and more. Our stylists can also help you source specific fabrics.
Absolutely! You can share reference images via WhatsApp or mention them in the design notes when placing your order. Our tailors use them as a guide while incorporating your personalised requirements.
Every order includes unlimited alterations until you are completely satisfied. Simply visit us within 15 days of receiving your outfit and we will make the necessary adjustments at no extra cost.
Yes, we deliver GLOBALLY. Delivery charges may apply depending on your location. Outstation delivery is also available for an additional courier charge.
